Can I series connect two 24Volt 10S SCIB LTO to 48Volts and use a 20S Daly BMS ($64) instead of two separate BMS for each 24Volt 10S SCIB LTO ($55) to save few bucks. Thank you.

Yes you can in the end putting 2x 10s is the same as 1x20s. My worry is that the 20 LTO cells will not yield enough volts for your inverter though.

realize most of energy of LTO cells is in the 1.9-2.1 V range check your inverter specs

From what I understand, you have no choice but use a BMS that covers the entire 20S string.

Otherwise, the first string to charge will disconnect from the charger
and the other string wont be allowed to charge.
