Minor rusting on lifepo4 , but only on positive terminal. normal?

is it normal to see SOME minor rusting (instead of silver, it's brown) on the positive terminal only?

i'm reading that if only the positive terminal is corroding or rusting that could mean that its being overcharged. is this the reason? it does have a BMS

The terminals are usually made of aluminum. If browning is occurring its more than likely not coming from the battery?

oh u know what.. i think i found the culprit, it's rust coming from the positive alligator clamp I use (it's a cigarette 12v adapter)
