Hi guys MPP is saying 27.0v on lifepo4 battery vs 26.5v on jk bms and multimeter. I'm thinking that this will lead to the MPP not charging the battery to full? Is there a way to calibrate it or change settings to compensate?

Is it charging at the time of voltage variance? Not untypical to have it higher at the AIO since it is pushing charge to the battery and you may have line loss. I will say that voltage readings from many of the inexpensive AIO's is not perfectly accurate. If over time your testing with a independent reliable voltmeter shows a consistent difference when battery resting you might change your charge voltage values. As far as I know there is no way to calibrate the voltage readings at the AIO.
