MPP 6548 noise in generator voltage regulator

I have a MPP 6548 with 16,6volt golf cart battery on my boat and having troubles charging the batteries with one of my generators, the 12.5 kw gen with electronic voltage regulator seems to be getting noise from the MPP charger, IS there a filter that can be installed to help with this problem?? I also have a 8kw diesel generator with a transformer regulator that seems to do ok, has anyone tried FERRITES to reduce the noise from the battery charging??

I wonder if a EG4 Chargeverter would help...
