You may want to elaborate on what you need help with! Did it not come with a manual? You can find one on Victron‘s web site… A demanding statement of “Need help with the device” (leaving in your bad grammar to quote you authentically), without even a please will find you don’t get many replies.
At least ‘pretend’ to make an effort to help yourself before asking others to hold your hand, you’ll find you get a lot more respect and as a result, more assistance from members when you do.
