good day all

I have a very strange problem on my system that consist of 1x Growatt 5000ES 2x 5.1 shoto batteries and 9x 420w panels. The system doesnt whant to start up from the batteries, if you power it via AC the inverter starts up but show bypass on the inverter. It doesnt take power from the batteries nor the panels. What can I do to get the system working right again?

I have similar problem. And it will charge from AC in the middle of the night for no reason. I wonder sometimes, if Chinese people are controlling my inverter.
