Growatt SPF 5000 ES - Monitoring

Hi All,

I notice that SOC reported by Growatt Shine App on 07 Dec 2023 suddenly dropped to 0% at night for a period of 6 hours. However, during this period, there were no issues with loads despite power not coming from the grid nor the solar panels. I suspect data issue with Growatt. Did any one experience the same issue? Screen shot indicating the drop is attached.

Any chance it records nothing if the inverter doesn't report in during those times?

I think the shine-f´s have a memory for storing offline data when there is no internet connection to the growatt cloud. I prefer my diy statistics version over the growatt cloud as the technicians from Growatt have full access to your settings at any time as soon you are online with the shine-f´s.
