That breaker will be fine.
Might want to use ferrules on the wire if it is fine stranded.

That is a single pole breaker.
You want a double pole breaker between the panels and the solar charge controller.

Its a bit close to the amp rating.
You may get nuisance trips.

I was reading it as 18 maximum. Great!

I can't see the polarity markings or line load indicators on the breaker so I can't say.

Sorry I don't know how to interpret that diagram.
Since their other breaker have line/load markings I think this breaker must be non-polarized.

Since their polarized breakers have the line side on the top...
Put the pv input into the top of the breaker(line).
Put the wires to the solar charge controller into the bottom(load).
