Optimal temperature for battery discharge.

It's known that LiFePO4 batteries can safely discharge between -20 and 60 degrees C, but what is the temperature at which they discharge most efficiently? And does 10 degrees either side of this temperature affect the efficiency to any significant degree?

Ratings tend to be at 25°C.
