Overkill Solar 4s BMS not correctly showing cell 4

So BMS is showing cell 4 at 3.358v but several multimeters show 3.63v and its grayed out. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting to no avail per the manual. I've checked the wire connected and its not broken, it shows 3.63v on multimeter as its connected to the battery, any assistance is appreciated..

Also, if i disconnect the B- from the battery the other 3 cells go to near zero with cell 4 remaining the same.

Chances are good that it's still a connection problem.

You have a 2p4s configuration?
