PIP LV2424 is there a factory reset?

I have lost communication to my LV2424 after a couple years of using Watchpower without issue. Not sure if it is a config issue on the LV2424 or the newer versions of Watchpower.

Anyone know how to reset the LV2424 to factory setting - oddly I don't see it in the manual.

Can you accomplish that by physically disconnecting the battery cables? Disconnection followed by letting the inverter sit there powered down for 10 minutes or so might do it?

I tried that but perhaps I didn't wait long enough. I will try again.

Support said to update Mgt software but no change. I have a second Mgt module so might swap that out next time I am doing battery maintenance.

Is anyone using something other Watchpower to manage these things?
