Please check my simple off-grid plan

These inverters max continuous draw is 104a.
Could surge to 150a for a second or two.
The trip curve on the breaker I chose IMO is perfect.
I see. So a 150A breaker is better than 200A because it will "trip" easier for our type inverters.
Yes, off grid setup.
No grid connected to AC in.
Continuous output of inverter alone is 21.7a
Just a single 25A breaker output with extension power cord to distribute to all 240V appliances, water heater etc?
Actually both.
The inverters produce a 240v single phase system.
Then a transformer creates a 240v/ 120v split-phase system.
Ok mine setup without 120V split phase. Not sure how to set the load center box.
It is safe to put all AC and DC breakers next to each other? no electric arc?

It would be a better fit, yes.
I chose 125a, because it will handle the 150a surge.
It's good to know the trip curve of a breaker.
The higher the amperage, the less grace period before it trips.

Got it. It doesn't matter even the battery banks reached 600-800A right?
Noticed some folks here has breaking cap rated 10k-25k in case of surge from large battery banks.

A battery will only output what is drawn by the loads.
Except in the case of a dead short. Then it will dump everything it can.

Make sense. Do you use SPD or combiner box for panels to inverter?
I'm plan to use this 32A 1200V but most people pointed out 25A is sufficient? and noticed you use 63A?

SPD, yes.
Combiner box, never.
Breaker is just being used as a disconnect. Anything will work as long as it is rated higher than what is going through it.
