Positioning of balance wires

Recently I have seen a couple of videos where the balance leads have been screwed into the centre of a bus bar, rather than the positive cell terminal (see photo)
Is there an advantage to doing this?

I did it so that I could do maintenance on balance wires without having to take the pack down. That saved me from having to disconnect the serial cell connections when I changed BMS wiring or added an active balancer.
