Is there a consumer level power quality device that will allow me to monitor my grid (and inverter)? I’ve got a number of devices for instance, that tell me the grid frequency, one I built myself from a Raspberry Pi Pico and a zero crossing detector eval kit, and I know there are crazy expensive power quality meters for commercial use, but I was hoping there was something in the middle.

I’d like to be able to track (and log) voltage and frequency excursions.

Thanks!

I use 2nd hand Zanitza umg's, modbus rs485 comms so you can get a Pi to collect data plus some onboard memory accessible by Gridvis. Umg96s is the most common but discontinued, all 3 phase but I only use 1 phase. Some do modbus TCP which cost a lot more but it's easy enough to use a hiflying ew11 to convert the rs485 output 96S to TCP. The older ones do not have rs485 so always check before purchase.
