I have been looking for a place to buy a pre charge resistor and some where to buy a T class fuse for my new LIPO battery's.. The solar retailers I have checked don't have them.
Anybody have any links excluding amazon?
Thanks
Greg

home depot has the blue sea t class fuses
and like every store that exists has resistors

the tiny resistors work too they just burn out and you can use another LOL

Or you can use an incandescent light bulb I'm told...
This. I used a 100W 120v bulb in a porcelain socket. The bulb will glow dimly for a few seconds, then fade out. When you can't see it anymore, make the main connection.

I did it by just temporarily holding the bulb leads in place, then removing them when precharge was complete. The capacitors will not lose charge during the few seconds it takes to place the main lead on a stud.

Mouser, Newark, and DigiKey have a ton of electronic components. Price of components in bulk is usually better than Amazon, but shipping is (usually) slower.
