Problems programming Solis S5 for self use

Hi, I've just installed a Solis S5 hybrid inverter with 3kw of panels and a Pylontech US5000 battery. I want to set up self use mode.

But despite putting in settings and doing a save and exit the main screen still shows "current storage mode:backup". Consequently when the panels are producing minimal energy I am using the grid even though the battery is at 80%.

I have re started the Solis by turning AC and DC power but it still reboots in backup mode.

Can anyone help please?

I've managed to fix this. I thought turning on self use mode was sufficient but I actually needed to turn off backup mode too. Once I did that the main display shower self use mode and the system started to work as I intended.
