PT-100 Charge controller

Hello everyone. I'm new to the forum and I have a bunch of questions. I'll start off with this one.
I have a Magnasine PT-100 charge controller that is not displaying any lights for the bulk, absorb or float. I reviewed the manual but all I see is that it maybe sleeping, pv may be off or it has a fault of some sort. Any ideas of what maybe going on?

Are all connections the correct polarity?
Did you check with a voltmeter?

I have the same problem as the OP and I have done all the checks you mention. My equipment is magnum pt100, ms4448pae and mmp250-30d.

A bad PT100 was my problem.
