I just ordered a 200A PB2A16S20P BMS, but now I'm having second thoughts. This thing has two screw terminals on the input and output sides. There is no way in hell these are rated for 100A each. Did I just waste 200 bucks?

Maybe, what is your continuous DC current going to be? If its near the 200A limit there is going to be a great deal of heat generated. Does that JK model have an aux output that can control an external contactor? I don't remember without looking it up.

JK is a good maker of BMS and Im sure they know what they are doing, I have a 200A JK 4s and that only har a singel out 6mm this har 2 probably 2x 6mm and that is plenty big enough

I use single M8 screws for my 200A breakers and also M8 screws for my 2 125A Sma Sunny Islands. 2 M6 screws are going to have no problems with 200A shared.
