RAI-3K-48ES-5G AC coupled inv with a US 5000 plyon tech battery AC overload

Hope somebody can help please
I have a Solis S5-GR1P3.6K with datalogger and RAI-3K-48ES-5G AC coupled inv with a US 5000 plyon tech battery

As soon as i put the kettle on I get the AC Overload error and i have to press ESC to reset it, can i change any setting to stop the error

Is the kettle connected to the Solis AC-grid or AC-backup port? Which Solis is generating the overload error?
