Recommendation for a MPPT Dual battery control charger

I’m looking for a recommendation for a MPPT dual battery charger that you can change the priority of which bank gets charged 1st. Also can charge lithium and AGM.

30 amp should be enough as I expect to have 250-280 watts.

The above is not MPPT but PWM, so you've only found one MPPT so far.

$130 for dual 30A MPPT w/app. Multi-chemistry AND multi-voltage. Sounds like a winner!
