Recommendation for a Relay

My system is in a slide in truck camper. I've got batteries, chargers and panels working great and I've been contemplating the next phase which is installing an inverter.

It dawned on me yesterday that I'm going to have to bypass the converter/charger when I turn the inverter on. I should also bypass the fridge so it doesn't go into AC mode.

Ideally I could replace two AC circuit breakers with smart breakers but I can't find any so I'll probably have to go with a 110 VAC SPDT NC 30 AMP relay.

Any recommendations for a relay like that? Is there a better option?

Any chance you can put in a dedicated AC line from the inverter. Maybe you can live with just 1 or 2 inverter AC plugs and could just add them. The idea is that you have a shore power AC system and a separate inverter AC system and just plug things in as appropriate.

Well the DT part rules out a SSR unfortunately.

Doesn't have to be dual throw. It could be two relays. I'd want to isolate the converter charger and the fridge, both of which have their own circuit breakers.
