Report data from dessmonitor.com

I'm trying to get power generation data from my hybrid using dessmonitor.com. I have the SmartESS app talking to the unit through a WiFi dongle supplied by the manufacturer but that doesn't support report creation.

When I create xlsx reports using dessmonitor all the data values are zero.
Anyone have a similar problem or a solution please?
