Dear DIY Solar,
I see where people are posting problems with RISO value declines in their inverters or systems, and where someone used a Seaward PV150 to locate their problem, but no one mentioned what is a good or reasonable value for a solar panel or string. I have a RISO problem, I borrowed PV150 meter, I measured the RISO of individual panels, but they vary greatly, and I don't know which panels are good and which to replace. Can someone tell me the values I would want to see.....they range from 550 Mohms, to 199 and down from there to even 0.7
Thank you for your suggestions.
My system: Grid connected, 12 x Trina 235 W poly modules, SMA 3000-TL-22 inverter.
