I have two 100ah lithium batteries and am getting two 300ah lithium batteries, can I connect them all in parallel? Just looking to avoid potential issues. My system outside of the batteries is capable of handling the increased power, wire and fuses are all rated for the increase. I oversized everything just in case.

They will have a tendency to share current proportional to their capacity. It won't be perfect.
Connect in parallel with best practices and then VERIFY current through each battery is within specifications with a clamp DC ammeter. Measure under: 1) high charge and high discharge scenarios and 2) typical charge/discharge scenarios.
Use your best judgement.
