I have a seplos 200amp bms 16 280ah cells and a NEEY active balancer. I charged 11kw to cells over night when the balancer starts working it will put the cells back at zero for SOC. voltage of cells all in 3.3v range. i have to start a time charge to get the battery to 100% SOC to use it. There has to be a problem with setup what should i be looking at.

Can you set the voltage on the NEEY when to start balancing? Should be 3.45V or higher. If not, you could add a switch and manually turn on/off the balancer. It might also be that the Seplos state of charge calculation is just wrong - do you have a shunt or similar instead?
