Seplos monitor software

I have a Mason 280 kit. I have built the pack and I am trying to communicate with the pack. I have installed the software but when I open it, I have a "Port does not exist" error message. It does not matter if the pack is connected or not. Any help would be appreciated. Of if there is a better software that would be great also. I am using a "Ugreen" usb tp RJ 45 adapter. If I need a different adapter let me know.

Did you install a device driver for the adapter? If windows doesn't find the port it has nothing to do with the monitor software.

do you have a screenshot? probably because you did not install the driver

I went to the Egreen website and downloaded and installed their driver. Here is a pic of the error message and of the device manager showing the device.

I found the issue. It did not like the adapter. I bought one that you have to wire and wired it up and everything is working!! Thanks for the help.
