What is wrong with this?

The box on the top left is the service disconnect.
Arrows represent service wires going to the next thing.
The box on the bottom left is the load panel.

Knife switches are not circuit breakers. If this is done while the system is energized, it will ark, if under a high amp load, extreme arking is possible!

I am running my off-grid setup with one knife switch now that changes the input to the output with a 200 amp knife switch. 2 LV6548's.
I am changing my entire system soon to a Sol-Ark 15K. This will let me power my house from the grid while I am installing the Sol-Ark.

This knife switch bypass will let you service your entire setup with a very short interruption of power to your stuff.

I found a massive knife switch that can handle 200 amp service, easily. It's rated for 400 amps. It has 12mm bolts to attach cables with. I am using a 4/0 service entry cable.

It is hard to show just how big this knife switch is. The can is a 12 oz can.

Gone are the times of a "critical loads panel" with a 15k setup, the entire house is the critical load. Sol-Ark has a 30K and 60K soon to be released.
