Sol-Ark 8k 0% from panels and DC light is off.

We have a Sol-Ark 8k with batteries. In looking at the control panel, the green DC light is off and has been whether light or dark outside. It appears our panels are not supplying anything. This has been a problem for a week or so, and nothing I have found helps me with the issue. I have read all sorts of things and tried to figure out what the issue is, but I can't seem to figure it out. Has anybody else had this problem? It just came up out of the blue.

What voltage do you have from panels to inverter?

Rapid shutdown circuit?
What voltage are you getting for each string at the SA?
Combiner box on roof with a fuse or breaker?
How many MPPT's are you using?
Post a graph of the solar production the last time it produced.
