I find the complete teardown of the UK version Deye 5k very interesting how different it is from the Sol-Ark 5k I tore down.

Yeah, that doesn't seem likely..... Sol-Ark probably actually requires better-sourced components. They have always made a fuss about how much control they have over what goes into their inverters from their manufacturer.

The video was cool, I wish they would do a breakdown on some of their more common split phase products like the 12K and 15K of the Sol-Ark not just Deye. Although it makes sense given his location.

They are not the same units, Aussie version has 8 315v capacitors where as the version Dexter was looking at has 10 315v capacitors.
