My recently installed SE10000H-US single phase converter is no longer reporting to my SolarEdge dashboard. It shows last updated December 19 (three days ago). The blue indicator is still on, and my installer said 'the SolarEdge servers are down" and to try again on Monday (tomorrow).

I am assuming/hoping that the data is still being recorded and will eventually be reflected in the online app. I would appreciate any insight into how often this kind of thing happens and if there are any tricks to "reset" the system if it happens again. Also, I don't really know how all this magic works. It is not connected to my wifi network (as far as I know), so I am assuming it is tied to a cellular network, but I am unsure about that as well.

Any SolarEdge owners care to help out a newbie?
