I have added a Solax wifi dongle to my X1 inverter. It generally works okay, the Unifi AP is in the garage near to the inverter.
However some days when the inverter turns on, the dongle, whilst visible on the home network, seems unable to access the Solax server; bizarrely other days it works fine. I've tried both DHCP and Fixed IP address, and I can always access the dongle through the local network but it fails on these occasions to upload any data to the solax servers. I have tried to get support from Solax but no joy as yet. Is this something others have experience of? Thanks.
