New installation of RAl-3K-4BES-5G and 3 Pylontech US5000's. Powered up first time and charging correctly from my Solar. All going too well! After a bit of a struggle I managed to get the Solis TechView app working. But now the inverter continuously charges the batteries from the grid at 3kW, no matter what the Solar is supplying. Have I set something incorrectly? Been through the menu a thousand times, but can't seem to figure this one out! Any help would be appreciated. . .
Solved:
On the CT menu, it was showing the CT as GRID connected, but it should have read PV INVERTER. I did not change this, so I can only assume when installing the TechView app, it defaults to CT connected to GRID, which is incorrect for this inverter. The actual GRID CT is connected via the Energy Monitor, which inturn connects to the 'Meter' socket. It's always the simple things that catch you out!
