SOROTEC REVO II 5.5k No pv displayed on display

Hi I have just installed one of these units and app output cloudy is around 160-170 volts, voc of around 180 from the 5 panels x 2 into 1 parallel, 36 volt panels but nothing is displayed as in from solar array. I measured the voltage on the input at the pv input so where is the voltage going???
batteries connected and charging from mains.

when I don’t put mains on and switch the unit on, the unit powers up, not charging batteries also no display of pv on display.

this if off/on grid unit so a little boggling at moment.

Shall I try a single array of all 10 panels giving me 360v and 7 amps?

not changed anything in the menu as yet, want to make sure it was working first

I have the 5.5k unit, its operating voltage is anything above 120 VDC so why nothing in pv display

Yeah, no need to connect the panels in a series/parallel mix.
Make one string with all panels in series. That way you will also ensure good production through the afternoon.
Remember the minimum activation volt is just a threshold to awaken the system.
As long as you stay under the max PV level you're good.
