ok this company is out of CALF. and they will not stand behind their product i got 3100 worth of trash battery is no good and they want me to ship it back to them at my cost we need to get a class action suite against this company as they have ripped off to many people

You may want to explain your issues your having with the battery and you may get some help just saying they are trash and let’s take legal actions is not going anywhere
It is very common to return the batteries for them to test most suppliers require that especially if you are not set up to preform the required tests to determine the issue with the battery
Many things can effect the battery from cell balance to charge profiles the battery may be fine you may just need some adjustments

Sun gold is rebranded voltronic units just like mpp and several others for the price point they are pretty good
