Sunpowergold 24 aio 1 battery low volts

I put a solar cart together is it a hemorrhoid 24 v using 2 powerurus 12.8 v batteries. After a few days I get a code 3 and the one battery is around 9.8 v and no loads on the system now. I think I have a bad battery.Is there any way that the unit may charge one battery and not the other?. How can I text the battery. ?

If you put 2 BMS controlled batteries in series. They will drift apart from each other. And require a re balancing from time to time.
You have to separate them and fully charge both. Then you can put them back together and go again for a while.
