I heard of mosfets getting fused closed. It’s been a long time since any of my batteries have been triggered, since they were commissioned. Would it be a good idea to test each bms? Could I just turn off the charge state in each bms in my battery bank one at a time and note if the current at that battery zeros, then repeat the same except turning off the discharge when under load? Would this not tell me if the bms is capable of disabling the battery if it goes out of parameters?
