On accident, I charged my brand new $260 12V AGM starter battery for about a couple hours with my charger set to Lifepo4. I regret making that mistake, but I'm curious if any damage would result from that?

I dont think it would. Some AGMs can have a higher charging voltage than LifePo4. Some go up to 15v. A lot of them are at 14.6
