Username / password for WiFi Logger needed

Hi all

Does anyone recognise this logger ? It's connected to my old GTIL2 but I cannot for the life of me get onto it. I was hoping to change the SSID it connects to. I've tried
admin / admin, admin / none, none/ admin, admin / password, manager / manager, capital letters on each too.
