Using 340w and 260w panels together?

I good deal on 2 pairs of used panels came up today, two 240w and two 260w. Looking at the spec sheets I think these would work well in a 2s2p configuration.

340w panel	260w panel
Vmpp 38.3v	30.7v
Impp 8.88a	8.5a
Voc 46.1	37.8v
Isc 8.5a	9.5a

I'm not as well versed on solar as I am batteries. I think since the mpp current is so close these 2 panels would work great in series together giving my 69v at 8.5A. Then parallel each series string to get 69v @17A for 1173Watts.

Am I approaching this correctly?
