Valence battery Data logging Set up "Access to path" deny error?

I finally got the USB and wiring complete to start talking to my u27-12XP on COM3 thanks to reading post from Travis and other members. It locates the battery and knows it's make, it's Rev and ID etc., but gives me an "Access to the path" error, even though I have set the logging path a couple of different ways and I am set as an Administrator.
Anyone else have this issue?

I had to register just to share this but I gotta help somebody. You need to run the program as the administrator. You go to the windows menu>apps>right click the valence software>more>run as administrator

I fought this for days. So simple in the end. Hope this helps!
