Victron controls for solar panels

So I got sunpower shingle perc panels from the manufacturer.. I got them to custom make me some that will
fit my dimensions and requirements..

So I was watching a video and a guy had 3 victron mttp for his custom hybrid caravan. He had 1 for an external solar blanket
and 2 for his roof solar.. which 1 was 100/50 for 2 panels, 100/30 for 1 panel and 100/30 for external..

So I was thinking is it better to have 1 mttp for each panel or have 1 mttp for all the panels.. Mainly because if it was 1 mttp per panel
then you can't do series or parallel.. But is it better to go with multiple mttp over 1 mttp for the roof solar?

If you have shading on the roof it could be helpful to have multiple strings and mppts. And for redundancy (two smaller units versus one big one) etc.
