Victron Phoenix inverter

Hi all, I have an issue I'm hoping someone can help me with.
I have a Victron Phoenix inverter 12/1200 running my circulation pump motor (Bell & Gossett 115v 1.75a) for my boiler. The power is going thru a Moe's ATS which is plugged into the inverter.
My issue is I wanted to use the Eco mode on the inverter. When I do the pump motor will not start and if I switch it to ON then it will start the pump motor.
Any help with this issue would be very appreciated.

ECO mode is only applicable if you truly need 0W from the inverter for proper functioning. The ATS isn't a sufficient "load" to trigger it out of ECO mode. Since the inverter isn't outputting a full signal, the ATS will ignore it.

The only time it's appropriate is if loads are triggered manually (light switch), and they are high enough to pull the unit out of ECO mode.
