I'm sure it's a simple box to check or uncheck but I can't find it. Totally off grid site that I help maintain and I really need to see it. The only Victron kit is the Smart Shunt and a Cerbo GX. Sunny Island inverters, Midnite and OutBack MPPT's.

It was collecting data and populating the graphs as expected but stopped a few days ago. I know it's still works because I'm least able to see to real time data, it's just no logging it in the graph. I have another site that is working fine. Software is up to data AKAIK.

Any ideas? Power cycle??

Last seen a day ago means it's lost contact with the shunt.

IIRC, dashboard realtime data will show the last data reported.

Can you see the shunt in the remote console?
I can. It seems to be reporting live data like I would expect but the graphs aren't populating.

Perhaps just an odd coincidence but my remote VRM stopped reporting December 15th.

I am suspecting internet problems at the site but not sure.

As Eggo said, the data I see is from last reported I believe and hasn’t changed.

My system is just a shunt and two MPPT’s with a CerboGX.

LOL... I went to check mine just now, and as I was navigating remote console screens, I lost contact. Other internet connected devices/services are working.

Are you 100% certain the dashboard data is updating?

ah... came back while futzing about...

Are you seeing the data update on this device list?

Yes, it's giving me live data that jives with expectations and I can see it changing.
