So its been a while as I been busy with other things.. so had free time to near finish the 12v 330ah battery.
Between the cells I have sillicone bond mica 2mm and when I make the case which will be stainless steel 316 1.5mm.
I made rectangle box out of black 6mm plastic polyethylene hdpe to be able to put the bms on top and to also protect
the wires.. the bars are 40mmx195mmx3mm that the 3 bars and I got 2 bars I made but need to make the holes a bit bigger,
so in the picture I got the bars I made and 2 bars from when I got the cells atm.. The bars are made from tinned copper.
Its set to 14.25v the bms is Muller energy 12v 250a jbd smart bms with bluetooth.. Also the terminals I have for the case
are 300a rated and the negative and positive cables from cell to bms is 50mm2 and battery to bms 50mm2 rated to 330a.
Cells are top balanced to 3.56 and tested discharge and charge to 330ah though It did get to 340ah but I decided to lower it to
330ah for I guess safety reasons and cycle reasons..
