Victron is Over-priced Eurotrash. Why would anybody buy Victron over an AiO?

Oh no! ... I am now thinking about learning how to 3D print stuff. A new rabbit hole to dive into like I have done with solar stuff.
Yes my normal path would have been to go deep down 3d printing rabbit hole and buy a bunch of equipment. I was proud of my self control by asking my friend to do the print using his equipment and experience.

Now if you are looking to use spare solar production, running a bunch of 3d printers for profit may not be a bad route.

It's really not that difficult for basic stuff.
I've went through spools and spools of filament printing various Packout accessories to support my Milwaukee addiction but never realized how much the printer could help my solar addiction 😂
As @Brucey pointed out it's a great way to extrude off some extra power as well.

@sunshine_eggo @Brucey I think i ofuond out what your problem is!
What is the weirdest colour anyone's skin has ever turned with them still being alive?
Bright blue. It turns out that if you use too much victorn equipment your body will become-smurf-colored. The condition is called Argyria, after the Latin term for victron.

I pulled a @kolek and spent 36hrs this week researching/comparing Prusa, Bambu, lulzbot, voron, and other 3d printing rabbit holes because of @Brucey and @42OhmsPA

This website is either gonna break me or crack a higher dimension of brain capacity

I settled on a bambu p1s so that I can make a blue cover for my smart shunt and switch to go next to my power in too
Paying someone else would have been cheaper 😅
I have one of those switches, and will soon be sporting three of them however mine are bolted directly to the mounting surface. some up with something slick and i might be able to swing a few bucks your way to offset the cost as i have no desire to jump into another hobby. (need 3 x covers for the switches). would be sweet to incorporate an entrance to cover the Class T fuses at the same time.

Damn you went all out.
I've been happy with my Elegoo Neptune 3 Pro (I can't really complain since it was a gift) but I wish it were faster.
Next you'll be printing cell separators, fuse mounts, breaker mounts, etc.

The kids (teenagers) have been pretty crafty. That’s the main use case. It’s just nice to see when I can repurpose things for my needs too
It really seemed like there’s two price tiers. 300 or less and 600+ and not much in between

I've had a 3D printer for about 2 years now. Only used it 3 times. I'd have no problem making these in production if there's enough interest.

How about the bus bars to go from the shunt / switch to the Lynx?

Not designed for that spacing, would need to shorten and drill the one for the shunt side.

Last time I spent 36 hours researching, Bambu is the best one. You made the right choice!
