Signature Solar should I even bother

All my orders were done online and everything was fulfilled without a hitch. Even the chosen trucking company they used for my batteries and inverters was excellent on both occasions. The tech support calls had some wait time but got the answers I needed without being rushed off.

In all seriousness, I have asked the sales staff for custom shipping quotes a few times in the last couple weeks and had pretty good experiences and turn-around times.

Also, no issues with the batteries I own from them.

The "taking the lead" comment just confused me though, I didn't realize I was watching a race.

Newbie reading before I ask a bunch of stupid questions and I dont want to hijack a thread so how about just one mentioned here. Are the sigsolar batteries certified for indoor use in the US? I had no idea that would be an issue until reading it wasnt in Canada. I want to buy a server rack of 6 for my basement in Oregon. thx

So after much reading and research, I am back to looking at Sig Solar but now for a full install kit.

https://signaturesolar.com/complete-all-in-one-off-grid-solar-kit-kit-e0000

They obviously have their online ordering, but I don't think I see the difference with the e0000, e0001 etc kits.. they look like the same specs but there is a price difference.
Can anyone elaborate?

Also they are "complete kits", but also appear to be missing a lot of probably essential components.
Could anyone that has bought one of these shed some light as to what they found missing?

Who has a fav. sales person at Sig Solar? Someone knowledgeable and helpful. I do know a good bit about electricity and wiring (I have rewired entire houses), but this would be my first attempt at a full offgrid system.

One kit is 12K in panels and the other is 4.6

Can you post this for all to see? I too have been on the look out for a more cost effective battery that fits UL9541 (i think thats the one required?).
The batteries are all listed for UL 1973 and we have the certificate available on the website. The LL has passed UL 9540A testing and should obtain the listing in mid-December.

I was mostly asking him questions and let him know the batteries are safe for in door use in most areas but need to check with AHJ.

I put in my order over 2 weeks ago. got several emails telling me my stuff has shipped but my tracking numbers never worked. then today got an email telling me that my inverter is no longer in stock and they do not know when they will have anymore available so they are refunding me my money. This really puts me in a bind becasue i ordered the entire solar system from them and not having an inverter is unacceptable. I asked that the provide me with another option for inverter but havent heard back from them yet. Hopefully the return process isn't a pain in the butt.

If your banking on a return then you better assume that you will be paying the shipping and a restock fee.
If you have not signed and accepted the shipment yet then I suggest that you do not until they put into writing what to they are going to be doing for you.

I'll track this issue down and get you taken care of. Can you send me your email address or order number in a DM.
