All of the sudden all of my 10 batteries refuse to communicate with my JK app.

Every battery that has worked for 2 years is now giving me a “ Make pair” nonsense.

I have tried the only password ever used 123456 and nothing.

WTH is going on?

Is that Android or IOS?

I always do updates manually, and see that there is an update waiting to be installed.

The pair password is 1234 and the settings password is 123456

I've got v4.15.6 right now .... definitely not going to update til you get this figured out.

If there is a way to go back a version, I don't know how to do it. The update that's wanting to install on mine is 4.16.2 and says it is for "function optimization" .... whatever that is.

I had the same thing happen where it asked to pair again however it remembered the changed password I set. If I had to guess, the apps is probably getting new updates since they just released the new JK Inverter BMS that uses the same app.

I went ahead and updated mine ..... I had the passwords written down.

Better go into the settings or control section and make sure you enter that password too.

There's 3 vertical dots in the upper right corner of the app .... tap on that and there is a history of version that can be selected.
That's what I thought. But there's no update available for me. I'm still running on version 4.6.5

That's weird ... I don't even see that version on the list.

What device is this? If IOS ... What version of IOS?
