My blue Eddy, AC 500/B 300 S system is connected to three 200 W Rich solar panels in series 2 the blue Eddy AC 500. I’m showing a voltage input but no wattage input. Can anyone tell me what the problem maybe

Are the panels both in the sun and unshaded? Have you tried just one panel (and then the other)?
Your battery is already charged full.
The array voltage is higher than the blue Eddy can accept.

Yes sir. All panels are in the sun unshaded. I will give each unit a try to see if there maybe a problem with one of them. The battery shows a 37% soc so I am presuming the unit will accept a charge.
