[Resolved] System is down Sungoldpower 8K Hybrid inverter - Need urgent help

Found the solution - Couple weeks back when I got the bigger battery, I made the bigger battery as parent (connected with Inverter with Address ID 1) and the smaller battery as Secondary (connected to the Parent battery only with CAT5, Address ID 2). Everything was working all along until yesterday morning.

I just made smaller battery as Parent and now I see the Amps on the Inverter.

Did anyone face the similar issue? I cannot explain the rationale behind this solution.

Open Loop comms ftw! 😉

Glad you figured it out.
It's been a solid unit for me.

At least it's a solution.

Weird that it didn't matter for grid charging but a problem for solar charging.

01 is UTI currently, usually it is on SOL but the moment it is put on SOL it starts pulling the Amps from battery (which I charged last night through Grid).

For 4 and 5 the voltages are default 43.6V and 56.8V.

7 is 60 amps.

I don’t have setting 71. The parameters are until 68 only for this inverter.

Can you post your settings?

Are you in SBU (or even SOL)
What voltage do you have for setting 4 and 5?
In setting 6 are you in SNU?
What amps do you have for setting 7?
What is setting 71 set to?
Thank you for your help G00SE. The issue is solved.

Not the same. You other image showed a connection to the solar panels. This one shows voltage only but no line to the inverter. It also shows a full battery, not in Bypass and 1 amp load on the battery.

Something is going on with your setup but it is a bit hard to diagnose remotely. Perhaps simplify things by turning off utility and just run a load off the inverter for a while and see if as the battery drops in charge so that your solar begins to feed.
Thank you for your help Mattb4. The issue is solved.
