Current Connected turnkey Micro-grid

That's a good idea. I'm going to reach out to some folks that make some solar racking and see what we can build off this.
I forget the link but there was a place selling racking that used ibc totes as ballast which is similar to what you have there

Found it

I had been looking for something like that. Thank you. Solves the water storage problem also.

The manual made this seem kind of bad if I’m reading it correctly, is this just a fluke that needs reset, or what should I do something different? This is in battery 6, it still works but flashes Alarm in use. Thanks in advance

How about letting it be used as some type of solar mount ballast when used outdoors. Add some connection points for solar racking.. instead of just using air conditioning to cool it, how about shading it with a canopy of solar panels?

...

It certainly looks like it would be heavy enough to hold panels down when loaded with batteries. Forget using buckets full of rocks for panels, use this thing full of batteries and inverters.

Short wheelbase, only 25" deep.
Too easy to tip over with a big sail on top.

It could be the tall end of a ground mount. (less than 5' tall, so shallow angle array.)
Need a second mass to support low end.
Tie together at ground level with a pipes to form a triangle (or trapezoid with really short leg.)

Even just one large panel, put over the top and or sides in the direction of the sun, a few inches away from the box should shade it quite a bit. I've got solar screens on my windows (just mesh, not panels) and they made a huge difference in my air conditioning load after I put them on. My window glass is noticeably cooler with than without.. and that's like an inch from the glass, if that. 90% light blocking fabric works wonders.. solar panels might block even more. ;)

A giant umbrella of panels would be cool, but yes, it's probably kind of top heavy for ballast for a big mount with lots of panels. Maybe two of them back to back with some sort of coupling bracket might make them sturdier as ballast.

Your triangle down low idea is good.
